What Does a Retreat Location Cost? Prices & Packages at Johann & Anna
One of the first questions when planning a retreat: what does it actually cost? Here's an honest overview, without pretending there are fixed figures that don't really exist in a blanket sense.
What the Price Depends On
- Number of apartments booked – a single apartment for a small group costs differently than the whole house
- Length of stay – a weekend is priced differently than a full retreat week
- Season – as with most accommodations, prices vary depending on the time of year
A blanket figure on this page would be wrong in many cases, but as a rough guide: base prices per night start at €253 for "Steiermark," €322 for "Fuchs," €345 for "Johann" and "Anna," and €403 for "Kaiserblick" – depending on season and availability. If the whole house with all five apartments is booked for a group, the guideline figure is around €1,668 per night. The minimum stay for retreat bookings is 2 nights. What's Not Included

Seasonal Variation & Deposit
As with most accommodations, prices are a little higher in peak season than in quieter months. When you inquire, we'll tell you the price that applies to your preferred date, so there are no surprises. A deposit is usually required to secure the booking, with the balance due on arrival.
