The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this Privacy Policy, we provide you with information about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

2. Collection of Personal Data
When you simply visit our website, we only store access data in what are known as server log files. This data is provided by your browser and does not contain any personally identifiable information, specifically:
Browser type/version
Operating system used
Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
Time and date of the server request
We cannot associate this data with specific individuals. This data is not combined with other data sources, and it is deleted after statistical analysis. For this purpose, user access to our websites is logged in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are processed monthly for statistical purposes using analytics software and are then deleted. It is not possible for us to identify a specific individual when using this data.
Some features of our website ask visitors to provide personal information, such as their name and email address. Names and other details may be provided voluntarily.
We process your data on servers located in Austria and thus in accordance with EU data protection standards. However, please note that there may be exceptions as described in Section 7 of this statement (“Google Analytics”) if we use third-party tools whose servers are located abroad.
3. Data Collection with Your Consent
Once you have given your consent, we are authorized to collect, process, store, and use personal data. This declaration of consent is provided separately and voluntarily, and is documented; you may access its contents at any time. If you grant us consent to collect data, we will collect and process the following personal data in addition to the data mentioned above:

If you have consented to the use of personal data for specific purposes that are subject to the requirement of consent, you may revoke this consent at any time. We will then delete the data. If data has been transferred to third parties with your consent, those third parties will be notified immediately and asked to delete the data. You have the right to restrict your consent to the use of your data. In that case, the data will be deleted only to the extent of the restriction.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide the services you have requested, in particular to contact you in response to your contact request.
4. Data Processors
Pursuant to a separate agreement regarding the processing of personal data on our behalf, your data will be processed by our web hosting provider, Koerbler GmbH, Hofweg 1, 8430 Wagna (as described in Section 2),
collected, processed, and used on our behalf as part of commissioned data processing pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. Data regarding each visit to our website is stored exclusively on servers in Austria. However, this does not involve the transfer of your personal data to third parties as defined by data protection law. Johann & Anna remains the data controller with respect to you under data protection law.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
a) Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and storage of additional voluntary data at any time. Please note that, to protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before you can take such actions.

c) Right of Access
You may request confirmation from us as to whether and to what extent we process your data.
d) Right to File a Complaint
If you believe that we have violated Austrian or European data protection laws in the processing of your data, we ask that you contact us so that we can address any questions you may have. You also have the right, of course, to file a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, and as of May 25, 2018, with a supervisory authority within the EU.
6. Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also processes and uses data regarding visitors’ use of the Maps features. For more information about Google’s data processing, please refer to Google’s privacy policy at https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/. There, you can also change your settings in the Privacy Center to manage and protect your data.
7. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention period. Once this period has expired, the relevant data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the performance or initiation of a contract.
