The Five Apartments at a Glance
Each apartment has its own character — from the historic, elegant "Johann" apartment with its separate home-office area, to the earthy, calm "Kaiserblick" apartment. For groups, several apartments can be combined while every participant keeps their own private space — no shared dormitory rooms. All apartments in detail.
Catering & Logistics
We don't offer catering of our own, but we're happy to recommend places nearby — wine taverns for shared evenings, delivery services for the easy days in between. Every apartment has its own kitchen, in case your group prefers to cook.
How an Inquiry Works
- Inquiry: Send us your preferred date, approximate group size, and the type of programme.
- Offer: We check availability and suggest a suitable combination of apartments.
- Check-in: Personal handover on arrival, then full independence for your programme.
What We're Not
Not a seminar hotel with conference technology, not round-the-clock catering, not a fixed course offering. If that's what you need, you're better off elsewhere. If you're looking for an unobtrusive setting for your own programme, this could be exactly right.
Who This Is For
Well suited to groups of roughly four to a maximum of 10 people — yoga weekends, mindfulness workshops, small trainings, or private retreat groups. Minimum stay: 2 nights, final cleaning included in the price. We're happy to work out the exact room allocation and available dates directly with you.
