Large seminar hotels often only pay off from 20 or more participants. For smaller groups, all that's usually left is a setting that's too big and impersonal. Johann & Anna is deliberately designed for the opposite: well suited to groups of between four and ten people.

Smaller groups particularly benefit from being spread across several apartments: more privacy per person, while still keeping a short walk to the shared garden. At full capacity, the house officially offers space for a maximum of 10 people, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
