Job Posting: Cleaning and Guest Service Staff for Our Vacation Rentals

Work Location: Sägeweg 21, Stainz
Employment Type: Part-time, 25 hours per week. Full-time may also be available starting in mid-2025
Working hours: Primarily between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

About Us:

We are a modern vacation rental company with five new, stylishly furnished vacation apartments in Stainz. We place great emphasis on cleanliness and first-class guest service to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Your responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Thorough cleaning and preparation of the vacation rentals after guests depart. This includes cleaning the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, as well as changing the bed linens and towels.
• Guest Services: You are the first point of contact for our guests if they have any questions, problems, or concerns during their stay. This includes:
  • Quick and friendly solutions to problems (e.g., technical issues or questions about accommodations)
  • Assistance with check-in and check-out, if needed.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all vacation rentals meet our company’s high standards before new guests move in.

Your Profile:

• A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and hygiene.
• Experience cleaning vacation rentals or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• A friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Good communication skills in German (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Flexibility, particularly regarding work hours, in order to accommodate guests‘ last-minute requests.

Salary:

For this position as a Cleaning and Guest Services Associate (m/f/d), we pay a minimum of €1,000 net for 25 hours per week and offer an attractive salary progression plan.
