A Day Without a Program – How Our Team Lets Guests Be
What makes a good host — constant availability, or exactly the opposite?

We spent a long time thinking about how much guest care is actually good for people. The answer we arrived at: as much as needed, as little as possible. Not out of convenience, but because real rest rarely happens where you feel watched.
Present, But Never Intrusive
When you arrive, we're right there — for questions, for the walk-through, for everything that matters at the start. After that, we deliberately step back. No daily knock on the door, no program to work through. If you need something, reaching us is easy; if you don't, nobody will disturb you.
What This Looks Like Day to Day
- We're happy to answer questions about the region, restaurants, or day trips — but we don't push recommendations nobody asked for.
- We solve small issues quickly and without fuss, without turning them into a big deal.
- The apartments are set up so that as little as possible needs asking about — from the coffee machine to the Wi-Fi.
For some guests, that means a whole day spent talking to no one but themselves. For others, it's a short chat over the garden fence, because in that moment it just feels right. Both should be possible — without either one being expected.
Maybe the best definition of good service is sometimes the one you barely notice — while knowing exactly that it's there the moment you need it.
